The challenge

Techcombank is one of Vietnam’s largest commercial banks.

Its annual report communicates financial performance, digital transformation and corporate governance to both domestic and international investors. The challenge was to shape a clear, credible narrative for a global investment audience, while remaining true to the bank’s Vietnamese context.

Much of the content was developed by contributors writing in English as a second language, requiring careful editorial coordination and refinement to meet international reporting standards.

Editorial

We’ve delivered five annual reports in a row for the bank. We interview senior leaders, including the chairman, CEO, CFO and executive team, and bring together input from across the organisation.

Our work includes:

• shaping a clear, compelling story for investors
• explaining complex financial information in plain English
• editing contributions from staff whose first language is not English
• coordinating internal teams across the bank
