The challenge

Community housing organisations must report on governance, housing delivery and social impact across multiple programs, while meeting strict regulatory requirements.

The challenge was to present complex operational and financial information in plain English, while keeping the report engaging and easy to read for government stakeholders and community partners.

Editorial

Over the past three years, Andrew Pegler Media (APM) has led the narrative development and editorial delivery of the report.

We translate detailed internal reporting into clear, accessible language, ensuring the report speaks to both government and community audiences.

Design

Our design balances professional credibility with a strong sense of community, reflecting Hume’s role as both a housing provider and a purpose-driven organisation.
